Brasserie Thoumieux

Description

This former bouillon chartier was bought in 1923 by Martial Thoumieux, who made it one of the must-visit addresses of the left bank.
If the traditional codes of the brasserie have been preserved thanks to the stylist Gérard Cholot with the red velvet bench seats, parquet, Lalique moldings, green lamps, brass bar milliners, the decor has been boosted by the intervention of graphic designers M/M to bring a contemporary touch that is in perfect harmony with the place.
On the menu, the typical dishes of the brasserie echo the place and are brilliantly revisited for a hearty cuisine, impeccable and delicious.
